Comparison Between Features of Nokia 5800 and iPhone 3G

Nokia 5800 vs Apple iPhone 3GNokia has come up with Nokia 5800 which is direct competitor to Apples iPhone 3G.

• Nokia 5800 has a 3.2 megapixel camera whereas the Apple iPhone has a 2 megapixel camera only.Nokia 5800

• Nokia 5800 has an extra camera on the front side and iPhone 3G has only 1 camera.

• Nokia 5800 offers video recording option which is up to 640 X 480 pixels and up to 30 fps with 4X digital video zoom. iPhone 3G does not support video recording and lacks optical zoom feature.

• Nokia 5800 will feature Nokia’s free one-year subscription to Nokia’s new music service where as iPhone users have to pay 99 cents per song.

• Nokia 5800 offers user with replaceable battery and iPhone 3G does not include a user replaceable battery as Apple said it added too much weight to the device.

• Nokia 5800 claims up to 17 days of standby time whereas Apple iPhone 3G claims up to 12.5 days of standby time.

• Nokia 5800 music service can sync with stereo Bluetooth where as Apple iPhone does not offer these capabilities.

• Nokia 5800 supports files sharing such as Mp3, images and video via Bluetooth and Apple iPhone 3G does not offer this functionality.

• Nokia 5800 supports voice recognition for voice dialing whereas iPhone 3G does not support voice recognition.

• Nokia 5800 supports Flash so users can easily watch Youtube videos and play flash games and currently iPhone does not support Flash files as Apple claims it slows the phone’s browsing.

• Nokia 5800 is much cheaper than iPhone (unsubsidized).
